Rooms and amenities needs already restoration. Very near to session road which is quite convenient.
Basic hotel, no fridge, no microwave. Beds are just box springs with mattress covers. 15 minutes before hot water "supposedly" my water never got hot. They do provide shampoo, toothbrush and 1 roll of tissue.
Talk about incredible! This hotel and its staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service! Not only were they incredibly welcoming and friendly, but they went above and beyond to meet our needs and answer all our questions with such commendable kindness. Huge shoutout to Kuya Guard for always greeting us with the friendliest smiles whenever we came in or out of the hotel. He, along with another staff member whose position I sadly didn't catch, went out of their way to help us get a taxi. And let me tell you—it was scorching hot outside, yet they didn’t hesitate for a second to ensure we were taken care of. Their effort and hospitality truly touched me. My stay here has been absolutely unforgettable, and without a doubt, if I ever visit Baguio again, this will be my go-to hotel!

Room is clean and good. Breakfast buffet is great. However, bathroom lacks exhaust, bidet, blower, and heater takes 5-10 minutes to heat water.
